So very thankful for All About Plumbing and Septic! We had a septic issue over the weekend and I contacted them to see about having someone come help us. The customer service was fantastic and within just a couple of hours the situation was resolved. We have used them for years for plumbing, septic and HVAC services and have always received exceptional service.
The technician showed up on time, made a preliminary diagnosis of the issue and tested out his theory, which proved to be correct. He also suggested a back-up system, which would alleviate future issues with the plumbing. He was very clean, well spoken and made sure he left the area in the same (clean) condition in which he found it.
An outside faucet had frozen during the winter; now in the warm weather we discovered that the interior pipe (in the wall) was leaking water into the wall-to-wall carpeting! Total mess! They found the cause, replaced the outside faucet, installed an emergency shut-off valve in the interior wall. The crew guided me thru each step so I had a clear, first- hand (actual) view of the problem, the solution AND the steps that I can take to avoid this in the future. Very knowledgeable 2-person crew, very clean work.
I want to give a great big thank you to All About Plumbing for a outstanding job well done. Evan and Ben was awesome. They was polite, very knowledgeable, explained everthing they was doing to my understanding and got the job done. They went over and beyond. We have also had dealings with Jason. He done a great job as well.

I’ve used this company multiple times now for a variety of things from well pump replacements, water filter installation for the whole house, and replacing a frozen over hose faucet and every time they provide excellent customer service. They almost always show up in the same day and get the job done right every time. They are a little bit pricier than the competition but for the peace of mind they provide to you by knowing the job is always done right the first time, it’s worth it! They stand by all their work with warranty’s and have great customer service. I highly recommend this company!

From the disastrous beginning, water spraying everywhere, to the clean ending, All About Plumbing was very professional, courteous, on time and not too pushy. I want to give a special shout out to Thomas Rains, the senior technician who provided our service. He was exceptional. He walked us through all of our options, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all questions truthfully. He was very respectful of the decisions we had to make and of our property. As the old adage says, “you get what you pay for“ – we could’ve paid less and we would’ve gotten a lot less. I will not use another plumbing service for this house again.
